How to Enjoy — 4 Easy Recipes
Masala Puff: Heat 1 tsp oil, add a pinch turmeric & a few curry leaves. Turn off flame, add wheat puff, toss with masala of your choice or cumin powder. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Ghee Puff: Heat 1–2 tsp ghee, quickly toss wheat puffs for 1–2 minutes. Serve with warm milk or as a crunchy snack.
Jaggery Puff: Melt 2–3 tbsp jaggery with 1 tsp ghee until light brown. Mix in wheat puffs, press flat on a plate, let set, then cut/break into pieces.
